The Call You Have Already Made

Nobody Has a Page For Your Thing.

Every venue on Long Island has a wedding page & a Sweet 16 page. So you searched for a private party room rental, got a list of restaurant back rooms & catering halls, and started making calls. And somewhere in those calls you heard one of these.

“We'd need a forty-person minimum on food and beverage for that date.”

The restaurant private room

“The room is available — you'd bring your own tables, linens and everything else.”

The community center

“We can do that. Which of our three packages were you looking at?”

The catering hall

All three answers are really the same answer: your occasion has to become something else before they can sell it to you. Bigger, or blanker, or boxed.

What We Actually Sell

We Rent You a Room That's Already Finished.

That is the whole model. Not a package, not a per-head rate, not a minimum spend. You book the space; we hand it over with the design already in it.

Four times a year the entire room is dismantled and rebuilt around a new seasonal concept — wisteria across the ceiling, chandeliers between mirrored spheres, ivy threaded through antique frames, velvet drapery. Whatever is installed the week of your event comes with the booking.

Which means the question changes. Instead of "what will it cost to make this room look like something," it becomes "who are we feeding, and what time do we start."

Why Hosts Choose It

What You Get That You Weren't Offered Elsewhere.

A decorated wall with green velvet drapes, pink flowers, green leaves, wooden lattice panels, and chandeliers, with greenery and topiary on the walls and ceiling. The floor is light wood.

Nothing to Decorate

Most hosts bring flowers for the guest of honor and nothing else. No balloon garland, no backdrop rental, no centerpieces you use once and store in a garage for a decade.

Three women serve themselves pastries, cookies, and fruit from a buffet table decorated with flowers and greenery. A pitcher of lemonade sits near the end of the table. Pink flowers are in the foreground.

Your Caterer, Not Ours

We do not sell food or drink at all, so there is nothing to hit a minimum on. Use the restaurant your family already loves, the caterer who did your cousin's wedding, or an aunt who insists on cooking.

A long, elegantly set dining table with pastel plates, pink glasses, and floral centerpieces sits beneath hanging greenery, chandeliers, and mirrors in a whimsical, garden-themed room.

The Whole Place Is Yours

One event at a time. No second party behind a folding partition, no other family's guests in the lot, no coordinator managing three rooms at once.

No Setup, No Teardown

Our team sets the room and clears it afterwards. You are not arriving at eight in the morning with a carload, and nobody in your family is stacking chairs at the end of a long evening.

A close-up of a table set for an event, decorated with pastel flowers in glass vases, plates, glasses, and a small disco ball holding green moss. The background features more floral arrangements.

Photographs You'll Keep

Every corner is composed, so the pictures guests take on their phones come out looking like the ones you would have hired someone for. For some occasions those photographs become the most valuable thing in the room.

Elegant indoor garden party with floral decor, chandeliers, disco balls, and a U-shaped table set with pink flowers and gold accents. Wooden chairs surround the table under hanging greenery and colorful blooms.

An Honest Answer, Fast

Full pricing in the first reply, within one business day & a straight no if your guest count or format genuinely will not work here. Nobody's time is well spent on a tour that was never going to end in a booking.

What Gets Held Here

If It Matters to You, It Counts.

A partial list. If yours is not on it, that is not a problem, it is the reason this page exists.

Engagement Parties

The celebration before the planning starts, in a room that does not preview the wedding.

Family Reunions

Three generations, one room, & nowhere anybody has to shout to be heard.

Holiday Gatherings

December bookings for families & small teams who have outgrown somebody's dining room.

Rehearsal Dinners

The night before, with the people who are actually in the wedding party.

Christenings & Communions

The reception after the church, without a restaurant's per-head minimum attached.

Celebrations of Life

A warm room for remembering someone properly. We keep these quiet, unhurried, and entirely yours for the day.

Housewarmings & Homecomings

Arrivals, returns, citizenships, new chapters. The occasions with no greeting card.

Clubs & Organizations

Annual dinners, awards nights and fundraisers for groups tired of hotel function rooms.

Honest Comparison

The Four Options You Are Weighing.

These are the real alternatives for a private party on Long Island. Each one is genuinely better than us at something, so here is the whole picture.

Before You Ask

Straight Answers.

The full list lives on our FAQ page. If your question is not here, send it. We would rather tell you no quickly than sell you a date that does not suit the occasion.

What does it cost to rent the space?

A flat rental rate that depends on the day, the season and how long you need the room. Weekdays and Sundays are meaningfully less than Saturday evenings. We send the full figure with our first reply, within one business day, before any tour.

Is there really no food & beverage minimum?

Correct, because we do not sell food or beverage at all. You are renting a room. That is the main structural difference between us and the restaurant private rooms and catering halls you have been calling.

How many guests does it hold?

It depends entirely on format. A seated dinner, a standing cocktail party and an open house each fit very different numbers into the same room. Send your count and format and we will answer honestly, including if it does not work.

Can we bring our own caterer or cook ourselves?

Bring whoever you like — a caterer, a restaurant, a bakery, or family doing the cooking. We keep a preferred list of Suffolk County vendors we trust, and you are never required to use it.

Can we serve alcohol?

Yes, through a licensed caterer or bartending service carrying its own New York State liquor license and insurance. New York caps one-day event permits at four per location per year, so a licensed service is the route that works reliably.

Do you host celebrations of life?

Yes. The venue is yours for the day, and we keep our presence minimal. Tell us what you need when you write and we will handle the arrangements quietly, including working directly with a funeral director if that is easier for you.

Our event is unusual. Will you take it?

Almost certainly. The occasions that do not fit a category are the reason this page exists. Describe it in a sentence and we will tell you plainly whether the room suits it.

How far in advance should we book?

Most private events book two to six months out; December and spring weekends go furthest ahead. Shorter timelines are always worth asking about, since we host one event at a time and our calendar moves differently than a catering hall's.

Check Your Date

Tell Us What You Are Actually Planning.

However specific, however unusual. Send the date and a sentence about the occasion and we will reply within one business day with availability and the full rate — no packages to choose between, and a straight answer if we are not right for it.
