Corporate & Brand Events in Lake Grove, NY
The Grove Season is a corporate event venue on Long Island built for launches, client dinners & brand activations in a room that photographs like a set, because it is one the rest of the week. Your event and your content come out of the same booking.

The Brief You Were Given
Then you started calling Long Island venues and found the same four things: a hotel conference floor, a country club, a catering hall, and a restaurant that will close off its back room if you clear a minimum.
All of them can hold your headcount. That was never the problem.
The problem is what it looks like afterwards. You will spend a budget, run a good event, and end up with a folder of photographs that could have been taken at any company's event, in any function room, in any year.
Beige walls & hotel carpet
Uplighting in a brand color does not change the room underneath it.
A pipe & drape backdrop
Rented, assembled that morning, & visibly rented in every photograph.
Guests photographed against a blank wall
Because it was the only surface in the room without a fire exit sign on it.
A separate invoice for content
The venue gave you a room. The assets were somebody else's line item.

What This Room is
Wisteria across the ceiling. Chandeliers hung between mirrored spheres. A wall of antique frames threaded with ivy. Velvet drapery that would not look out of place in a Manhattan studio.
None of it is rented for your event, and none of it appears on your invoice as an extra. It is installed, it is permanent for the season, and four times a year the entire environment is dismantled and rebuilt around a new concept.
Which means two things for a corporate booking. Your event does not look like the one another company held here in March. And every corner of the room is already a usable backdrop, which is where the real budget argument starts.

The Argument for Your Budget Holder
One Booking. Two Deliverables.
Experiential marketing runs on the premise that every physical moment is also a content opportunity. Most venues make you pay twice to act on that. We are a working photography and video studio the rest of the week, so you do not.
❌ Venue hire, plus a food & beverage minimum
❌ Backdrop or set dressing rented separately
❌ A content shoot booked as its own project, on another day, in another space
❌ Environment photography of a room you would rather crop out
❌ Assets that look like every competitor's assets
✔ Flat venue rental, no minimum spend
✔ The set is already installed and included
✔ Product, environment and event photography all possible in one room, on the day
✔ Book the room again on a weekday for a dedicated shoot at studio rates
✔ A new environment every quarter, so the library does not repeat
The venue line and the content line stop being two budgets.
Why Planners Book it
01
The design is installed before you arrive. No pipe & drape, no rented backdrop, no uplighting bill to make a beige room look intentional.
02
We do not sell food or beverage, so there is nothing to hit a floor on. You pay a flat rental and bring the caterer your company already has on file.
03
One event at a time. No conference on the other side of an air wall, no unrelated guests in your photographs, no shared lobby.
04
Shoot product and environment before doors, run the event, leave with assets. The room is lit and dressed for a camera by default.
05
Run a client dinner in spring and a holiday party in December and they will not look like the same event. Useful for anyone posting both.
06
Certificate of insurance, W-9 and a proper invoice. We are used to being onboarded as a vendor rather than paid by card at the door.
Formats
Booked Most Often From Marketing Teams.
Plinths, demo stations & a room that makes the product the second-best-looking thing in it.
Experiential builds & pop-ups in a space guests photograph without being prompted.
Small, high-value guest lists who will publish what the room looks like within the hour.
Seated, private, & nothing like taking them to the same steakhouse as last year.
December bookings for teams who have outgrown the office & dread the hotel option.
A full day away from the building, in a room that does not feel like another conference room.
Company milestones, recognition nights & the celebrations worth photographing properly.
No event at all, just the room, your crew & a shot list. Booked at studio rates.

Procurement & Logistics
Mostly the unglamorous ones, because those are what stall a booking two days before you need to confirm.
A flat rental rate based on the day, the season and the hours you need. There is no per-head charge and no minimum spend, because we do not sell food or beverage. You receive the full figure in writing within one business day.
Yes, and we will also tell you exactly what we need from your side. Standard practice is a COl naming The Grove Season as additional insured, provided by your company or your caterer. Send us your requirements early and we will confirm limits before you shortlist.
Yes. We invoice, provide a W-9 on request, and are used to being set up in a client's vendor system. A deposit holds the date and the balance is invoiced - tell us your procurement timeline and we will work to it.
Tell us what your run of show requires and we will confirm what is in the building versus what your AV vendor should bring. Production crews are welcome, and we will arrange earlier access for a technical set-up.
Yes, including a caterer already approved by your company. We keep a preferred list of vendors, and you are never required to use it. There is no commission or surcharge for bringing your own.
Yes, and most clients do. Bring your photographer or crew, shoot product and environment before doors open, then cover the event itself. The room is lit and styled for a camera as a matter of course.
Yes - that is the other half of what we do. Hourly studio rental for photography, video,
campaigns and podcasts is available, generally at weekday rates. See Create.
December fills earliest and is worth securing months ahead. Weekday bookings are frequently available on shorter notice, since we host one event at a time and our calendar is not structured like a hotels.
Tell Us What You Are Celebrating.
Send the date and the occasion. We reply within one business day with availability and full pricing — no pressure, no gatekeeping behind a tour, and a straight answer if we are not the right room for what you are planning.
